Crystal is a Registered Massage Therapist from Glace Bay, Nova Scotia. She graduated with honors from Island Career Academy in 2015, also receiving the MTANS student award of distinction. Crystal is trained in general Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, rapid release technique, hot stone therapy and cupping therapy, and IASTM. Crystal has att great passion for animals, loves to read & enjoys spending quality time with her family.
