Cecilia is a Registered Massage Therapist from Baddeck, Nova Scotia. She graduated from Island Career Academy with honours and received the MTANS student award in 2017. Cecilia is trained in General Swedish Massage, myofascial release, and trigger point release and has taken courses in IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization), and Rapid Release Technique. Cecilia enjoys curling up with a good book, CrossFit, yoga, and hanging out with her dogs Wiley, Marlee, Draco, and Ice.
